The only way we can make this work for the company is to make the product appealing to many landlords, as a minority share of many properties makes us profitable. No matter how many properties we have, you are always protected as we have structured the solution to minimise costs and make them directly proportional to the size of our portfolio. You are doubly protected as we isolate the accounts (and your profits) to your particular property, so you are not affected by the success or failure of other properties.
